Individual therapy involves working with a therapist to understand the your experiences, feel relief and resolution from the experiences which are bringing you to therapy.

I am here to provide a safe, affirming and non-judgmental space where you can feel free to explore what is no longer serving you and create a more authentic life and meaningful relationships.

My approach to therapy is rooted in being client-centered, culturally humble and compassionate while using evidence-based therapeutic practices. I honor your unique strengths and needs, and recognize no one approach will work for everyone — my approach will always be tailored to your and your specific needs. Our work together may involve using my training in modalities such as DBT, CBT, ACT, EMDR, Brainspotting, TF-CBT, EFT and a humanistic and person-centered orientation.
